    Outdoor security camera with dark light

    Security camera ASTROHN-21A with infrared highlighting in 2 band diapason is designed for property and perimeter security. The highlighting in two bands of IR-A creates a more natural video image. IR highlighting turns on automatically using the light sensor. Built-in 3D analytics has all modes for basic threat models: objects automatic recognition and classification, virtual borders crossing, enter and exit the security area, stopping and remaining in the area, “left objects”. Data transmission is implemented through the optical fiber from directly within the camera without any socket and expensive fusion splicing. Fiber optic connection is done through the hermetic enclosed connecter by ambient class NF1 by the GOST15150 and leakage class IP67. This camera has standard mounting using the L-shaped bracket. It has purposely designed brackets for fastening at the fence tower stands from welded mesh of the “Machaon” type. You can see installation options in the “Standard designs and deployment” section.

    Thermal imaging complex for the railway infrastructure security

    The ASTROHN-2A thermal imaging modules are the basic elements of the distributed security system for the railway and railway facilities. ASTROHN-2A includes the last achievements at the field of thermal imaging surveillance and video analysis. Thermal imaging module ASTROHN-2A is the block of the full factory readiness installed on the catenary masts and connected to the data acquisition and handling system (DAHS) by the optical fiber. The special mounting at the mast excludes the complex’s periodic motion at the high-speed train passing and does not influence the built-in intellectual video analysis system. The modules are designed considering the ASTROHN-like security systems for the contiguous areas of Gazprom and Russian Railways significant operation experience. ASTROHN-2 is in serial production since 2009. By 2016 there are more than 3,000 complexes in operation. The operating conditions are: 24/7, all year round. The maintenance service includes warranty maintenance and post-guarantee maintenance with replacement if its necessary within 24 hours at the ASTROHN’s service centers.

    Networked multispectral thermal imaging camera ASTROHN-384PM is designed for registering objects’ (humans, equipment) thermal emission without the supplemental illumination within two electromagnetic radiation ranges: visible and thermal imaging. Two surveillance channels provide full-time and all-weather surveillance. Device layout inside the rotating body with the precise positioning system increases surveillance field of view. Our experts recommend installing rotating cameras along with fixed cameras, which are guarantee constant, independent of maintenance crew, surveillance over the vital areas and perimeters. Multispectral cameras have sealed housing (shutoff classification – IP67) with a germanium entrance window. Rotation angle – 360 degrees. Leaning and rotating of both channels is simultaneous. Cameras have built-in surge overvoltage protection and a creepage switch designed for Russian power lines. Image output is implemented by Ethernet in H.264, MJPEG formats.

    Multispectral protection device for the contiguous objects and transport infrastructure

    ASTROHN-3A modules contains, apart from thermal imaging channel, the optical channel with the vision and recognition range up to 1,000 meters. The angles of sight of optical and thermal imaging channels are identical. Optical channel is mainly used during the daytime. Usage of low-level sensor in the cameras of visible band allows to use the optical channel at low illuminance (up to 0.001 lx). Thermal imaging and TV channels contain independent and synchronized systems of intelligent video analysis. Video transmission from thermal imaging channel, TV channel and meta-data of both channels is implemented by the optic fiber through the hermetic tamper-proof plug. The optic fiber plugs simplify modules’ repair and maintenance and its’ replacing without optical fiber fusion splice.
    ASTROHN-3A modules are in mass production since 2010. More than 1200 thermal imaging modules ASTROHN-3A are in full time service by the year 2016. Operating conditions: 24/7/365. Mean time to failure – 10 years. Warranty period – 3 years.

    Network rotating dome camera ASTROHN-5A-IQ-PTZ-131 is designed for indoor security. Build-in video analytics has several algorithms for rotating camera. Rotating cameras’ smart video analytics algorithms are much different from video analytics algorithms for fixed cameras. To begin with, it is not possible to implement 3D image analysis because the canting angle changes over turns and zooming. In many scenarios without the relevant limitations in turning and zooming settings it is impossible to determine the security area borders and, as consequence, to implement the algorithms of borders crossing, entering and exiting the security area, etc. Algorithms of object classification, acquisition and alerting the operator can be implemented. According to above mentioned analytics algorithm features of any rotating cameras we suggest to use rotating cameras in addition to stationary cameras, but not as main or the only ones.

    Outdoor security camera with IR searchlight

    Security camera ASTROHN-5A with built-in IR searchlight is designed for contiguous objects and perimeters security. Built-in IR searchlight allows to expand surveillance area and 3D smart analytics stable operation area up to 100 meters. Camera construction allows the rigid mounting at the electricity pylons and contact line supports with voltage up to 10 kV. Camera alignment on the surveillance object is done by adjusting the mounting plates horizontally at the insulator’s prickers and vertically with relation to mounting plate ±10°. Camera is powered by electricity pylon branch line using self-supporting insulated wires. Camera is protected from induced voltage up to 10,000V by data transfer and power channels and has body insulation to protect from mounting support up to 35 kV. Data is transferred by optic fiber directly from camera without any sockets. To connect camera to optic fiber no expensive welding is required. Optic fiber connection is done by using the hermetical enclosed connecter with ambient class NF1 according to GOST15150 and IP67 leakage class.

    Security camera ASTROHN-7A is designed for surveillance of the sites distant from operating forces site. Camera’s design was developed specifically for eliminating the possibility of unauthorized demounting using hand tools, saws, axes, angle grinders and theft from installation site. There is no L-shaped bracket in the camera construction because of how easily it can be broken during act of vandalism or theft. Camera construction allows easy mounting at the standard communications masts with nominal diameter from 50 mm (DN50) to 100 mm (DN100). Absence of L-shaped bracket lessens camera jitter and improves behavior of built-in video analytics.     Rapid megapixel lens for resolving special and specific tasks for CCTV. Ultra large F=1,0 aperture allows to receive high quality image amid the lack of light, white nights and dusk. Lens is developed to work with high resolution CCD matrixes up to 600 TVL of 1/2″ and megapixel IP cameras up to 5 megapixels. This lens is the most optimal with high resolution matrixes of 1/2″. Special optic scheme with low dispersion allows to see in the day and night. In this lens the most of optic-specific distortions are negated. Every lens passes the multiple stages inspection that guarantees the collimation, focal plane and optical drive quality. All components are made from metal.
