Dimension range of ASTROHN microcryogenic systems

ASTROHN Technology Ltd. has developed a model range of microcryogenic systems (MCS), including 4 types of integral and differential Stirling MCS with cooling capacity of 400, 500, 750 mW (77 K, +60°C). Imaging, aiming, targeting, 24h remote sensing in any weather conditions require the use of cooled IR modules, where the MCSs are an integral part. Until recently, Russia had no enterprises engaged in serial production of efficient Stirling MCSs.

ASTROHN Technology Ltd. used innovative technological solutions to improve the efficiency and service life of the MCS. The external appearance of microcryogenic systems is shown in Figures 1, 2.

Thus, a standard-size series of reverse Stirling microcryogenic systems has been created, operating in the cryostatation temperature range of 70-150 K, for completing unified photo-receiving modules (PRM) operating in the spectrum ranges of 3-5 µm and 7-14 µm, based on InSb, MCT, QWIP photosensitive matrices, etc.
