ASTROHN Technology Ltd has completed the development of a new small thermal imaging module for UAVs. Multiple applications, in particular on unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs), require a thermal imaging module of the smallest possible size and weight. To use as part of MANPADS, a thermal imaging sighting system has been developed that detects an air target at altitudes of up to 10,000 meters, tracks and captures a missile with a thermal homing head. The system uses the latest domestic thermal imaging detectors produced by ASTROHN Technology Ltd.
