ASTROHN-64017-1

The photodetector ASTROHN-64017-1 (further the «photodetector») of far infrared (thermal imaging) radiation spectrum in the ceramic body with low energy consumption and weight based on the microbolometer matrix.

  • Functional features
  • Technical characteristics
  • Technical documentation
  • uncooled microbolometers based on the vanadium oxide have high sensitivity;
  • vacuum ceramic packaging without the exhaust tube allows the use of photodetector in the miniature thermal imaging devices development;
  • the energy consumption for the analogue and digital parts of the photodetectors is unified to 5V;
  • the integration time is configurable;
  • allows the use of two thermal sensors — external and internal;
  • invariance of lines and columns of the multiplexer; allows the obtaining of images of other aspect ratios;
  • the typical time of response is 10 mV/k;
  • the amplitude of the output signal varies from 1 to 5 V
